This notice explains how Russell Ingredients (including Tableland Foods) handles personal information collected through this website. What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, company, work email, region, the products or events you ask about and your message.

Why we collect it

We use it to reply to your enquiry, send samples or documents you request, arrange meetings and keep a record of our business dealings with you. We do not sell your information, and we will not add you to marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in our own enquiry database on our web hosting, in our customer relationship management system, OnePageCRM, and in our business email. These services may store data outside your country. Your enquiry may be shared within the Russell Ingredients group so the right regional team can respond.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with you and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent at any time. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. In Australia you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
