Grown on our own estate on the Atherton Tablelands, then extracted with water, dried or made into syrup nearby by our processing company, Tea Extracts Australia. The site is working towards FSSC 22000 certification.

We began as growers on our own tea estate in Far North Queensland. Today we supply food, beverage and nutrition manufacturers with botanical ingredients from more than one origin, all to the same standard. Every lot is traceable to where it was grown and made.

Sourced through our partners in Kerala, led by Innopolis Bio Innovations. Every supplier is audited, every lot has an independent certificate of analysis, and residue and contaminant testing is built into each specification.

Tableland Foods is the trading name of Russell Ingredients for finished products. It makes syrups and extracts from crops grown on the Atherton Tablelands, starting with matcha. Future lines could use coffee, banana and other tropical fruit grown in the region.
Premium matcha syrup made from Australian-grown matcha. Pour it for lattes, desserts and slushies, with no whisking needed.
